Sifu Tom Lugo received Rank Certification and recognition as the founder of Zonghe Quanfa (The law of the integrated fist), in addition to membership to the Universal Song Do Kwan Alliance at the 2nd Annual Philadelphia Historic Martial Arts Society Hall of Fame.
