*All classes are for children 5-12 years of age.

Tuesday 7:00 — 7:45 PM

Thursday 6:45 — 7:30 PM

Saturdays 11-12 PM

Your child will learn self defense, increase flexibility, gain confidence, and become physically fit. We specialize in: Chinese Martial Arts (Kung Fu), Kickboxing (combat), Fitness & Personal Training, Self Defense, Combat Applications, Qin Na (joint holds/locks), Chi Sau (sticky hands training), Pressure Points, Sparring, Shuai Jiao (Chinese grappling), Weapons Training, Qigong, Meditation, and more.

We are located UUCDC 145 W. Rose Tree Road Media, PA 19036

Come in and try it out and then decide if you would like to continue, first lesson if FREE.
